 The
laser welding makes available the finest joint. It is
appropriate for alloyed and unalloyed steels, nickel based
materials, aluminium and its alloys, brass, copper and other
types of precious metals.
The principle of the procedure is using high energy laser
beam to join metals. Thanks to the low heat which is focused
into very small area the crystals do not change around the
joint as much as using conventional methods (ie. AWI). The
high energy density makes the working process faster.
These custom made plastic injection, sheet metal forming
light metal pressure casting, blow moulding tools are made
during really high demand of man power. The main feature of
laser welding is that the price of the repair is much lower
than the price of a new tool. We use a mobile equipment, so
it is appropriate at high weight, unmovable tools or places
where difficult to access.
Laserwelding can be used in the following area:
- filling, adding joint at worn edges,
- repair hot channels, nozzles, tips,
- repair at micro-size,
- change or repair damaged, worn tools
- repair polished surfaces,
- fits to titan, brass, copper, aluminium, amco, mold-max
and precious metals
In our Szigetszentmiklós site we use professional technology,
so we can serve the most special rquests. Fast and precoius
work is available using an Alpha Laser 150W laserwelding
machine for us.
